Reverse Engineering

Assuming an 1:1 model of the part is available instead of a digital design file, reverse engineering can be more cost effective and faster than an entire new design.

For quality purpose we use a rapid and mobile 3D measuring system. This system also allows us to conveniently and favourably reverse a part at any location and transfer it to a 3D construction.

Examples of our work:
-3D scan of a special vehicle front incl. carrier and collision check
-3D capture of the hull of a rowing boat, length 9 m
-3D capture of different piano legs
-various 2D and 3D measurements for quality assurance in our production
-3D scan of diverse timber components for the later duplication per CNC milling
